Hope you guys are having a great week! I’m sorry this post is going up so late, but today has been insane and I have not gotten a break. Anyway, today’s topic is extremely popular right now. All over social media people are posting about their own personal bloat and how their bodies do not look the same throughout the day. I think this is very important considering I even find myself looking in the mirror at the end of the day wondering why I am “fat” all of a sudden.
First of all, bloat is normal. You’re body fluctuates a few pounds each day through eating or exercise or even just drinking water. Stress could also affect it and there are just countless factors that cause body weight fluctuation. I know it can be easy to just react at the end of the day when you look in the mirror and go “I’m so fat” or you question everything you have eaten or any other number of reactions. However, I want to challenge you to really focus on this problem if you have it. If you do not, then thats amazing and I am so proud of you and admire your confidence. It is fantastic
Anyway, the next time you look in the mirror and feel bloated or just that you look weird, remind yourself that you are still beautiful and it is normal that your body weight fluctuates throughout the day. It is probably a positive your weight has fluctuated throughout the day because that means your body is acting as it should. I will be attempting this challenge as well, because we are all beautiful. We all deserve to eat great food, treat ourselves and love ourselves without feeling guilty. It is our life and we define how we want it to be. You have the control to get that self confidence you have always wanted while also surrounding yourself with positive people to help you.
You are not alone. You are never alone, and if you feel like you are, you can always contact me if you need someone to talk to.
Bloat is normal. You are extraordinary.
Have the best week ever and if you are finally starting to experience spring weather like me, enjoy it because it is wonderful 🙂
Stay bold and beautiful!
